On June 20th, 2023 at 03:46 UTC a core service registry element of our infrastructure was affected by an active AWS outage.
Our systems took immediate automated action to replace the affected server instances and full functionality was restored by 04:02 UTC.
The Next Matter application and API endpoints, while operational, provided a significantly degraded service during this period.
